Individual Rehabilitation Roadmap (iSFP) for Residential Buildings
Many buildings are renovated in a haphazard manner.
Individual measures carried out without a clear sequence—expensive and often ineffective.
That’s exactly where we come in.
The Restructuring Roadmap (iSFP) provides you with a clear framework:
What makes sense? What really makes a difference? And what is economically viable?
Goal: To improve living comfort, reduce costs, and increase property value in the long term.

What Sets Us Apart
-
We don't just produce a report—we provide clarity. The report is mandatory. Clarity and implementation are our priorities.
-
For us, architecture, energy consulting, and grants are all intertwined from the very beginning. Afterward, you'll not only know what to do—but also what really pays off.
-
Grant applications and statements of use are always included with us – at no additional cost.
Your Benefits
-
A clear sequence of steps instead of expensive individual measures
-
Maximizing the Use of Funding Through the iSFP Bonus System
-
a sound basis for investment decisions
-
lower energy and operating costs
What are your costs?
Fixed prices—based on the number of residential units and square footage.
No additional charges. No surprises.
The grant application and statement of funds used are included.
Funding is taken into account directly and reduces your investment.
This is how we do things
-
1.
Applying for Funding -
2.
Analysis of the Building and Existing Systems -
3.
Assessment of Energy Consumption and Condition -
4.
Development of a clearly prioritized action plan (iSFP)
And after that?
-
Upon request, we can assist with the implementation – technically and economically.
-
The goal is not the plan. The goal is a successful, cost-effective renovation— with in-house energy consultants and architects
What does that mean, specifically?
These are the questions that need to be addressed now:
The creation of an Individual Renovation Roadmap (iSFP) is funded by the BAFA.
- Current policy (as of May 1, 2026):
50% subsidy toward the consulting fee - up to 650 € for single-family and two-family homes
- up to 850 € for apartment buildings
- an additional 250 € for the performance at a WEG
This means that a large portion of the costs is covered directly—the rest is offset by the measures taken.
The iSFP is the key to receiving more funding. If you implement the recommended measures, you will receive:
- +5% additional incentive bonus
- Higher eligible costs (up to €60,000 per housing unit per year)
In concrete terms, this means: more funding for the same measure—often over several years.
The bonus remains effective over the long term and makes all the difference in terms of cost-effectiveness.
The iSFP bonus applies to energy-efficiency measures on buildings, such as:
- Insulation (roof, exterior walls, basement ceiling)
- Windows and Doors
- Building Systems (excluding heating and heating optimization)
Important: The bonus no longer applies to the replacement of a heating system alone.
The key point is that the measure is included in the restructuring roadmap.
The process is clearly structured:
- Development of a renovation roadmap by an energy consultant
- Submitting an application to the BAFA (usually handled by us)
- Presentation of the iSFP with Specific Measures
- Implementation of the measures with a grant application (including the iSFP bonus)
You don’t have to wade through grant programs. We’ll handle that behind the scenes.
Yes—if it’s used properly.
The iSFP offers:
- More Funding Through the 5% Bonus
- Better planning instead of costly individual measures
- clear investment priorities
What matters isn’t the plan—it’s the execution.
Anyone who uses the iSFP not only saves energy but also saves money with every single measure.
