All of us within the Klima-Kontor team like to eat and live well. This is a passion we share, because we consider that pleasure as a very valuable. Good food and good, sustainable products determine our lifestyle and are at the same time an essential part of our livelihood.
At the same time, we are always trying to reduce our consumption. Why? A question that also engages us a lot: Consumption comes from resources. Resources are supplies. We should be more sustainable and careful with the last supplies on our earth. We see how it drives us that fresh food is thrown away, that products are shipped halfway around the world for only a few euros sales price and how our regional economy suffers in the process. We are not playing our cards right by continuing to do business as usual. If, on the other hand, we think about our supplies as if they were our own money, we begin to save and use them in a more targeted way. A targeted use of raw materials requires that I know where the resources go and come from. At the same time, I can only avoid waste if I neither buy products nor have them produced again.
